  • Which Package is Right for Me?

    Your best package is a result of several factors:

    The size of your porch or entryway

    Your aesthetics and personal preferences

    If debating between two options, we always recommend going with the larger of the two - our customers usually are glad they did. If the package size ordered is too much, we happily refund the difference.

    Package Options:

    STANDARD: Great for smaller front entryways or a narrow porch when you want to sprinkle a touch of fall at your doorstep.

    PREMIER: A very popular package. When in doubt, this package is just right for most porches. More specialty pumpkins are included in this package and will add volume to your fall pumpkin display.

    SIGNATURE: Our most popular package. Ideal for wide porches, porches with multiple levels, or homes with several steps.

    GRAND: Guaranteed to wow. Perfect for decorating multiple porches or creating a beautiful seasonal look for a large space or event. Jumbo pumpkins really make it pop!

  • Selecting a Delivery Zone

    We cover a wide area in the Puget Sound - from SeaTac to Everett, Bainbridge and the Eastside and of course Seattle. Delivery fees apply depending on your location and will be listed at checkout.

  • How Does Delivery Work?

    We’ll work with you to agree a preferred delivery date, often we can deliver in 24 hours or order, but can’t guarantee exact timing.

    Deliveries take place from September 29 all the way up to Halloween, seven days a week.

    Dates are first come, first served within our installation weeks. If you have a must-receive-by date, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

    We’ll remind you before your scheduled installation with confirmation of your delivery day and delivery window.

    On the day of delivery, you don’t need to be home. Our team will set up your display on your front porch (unless you have provided other instructions) and install your pumpkins and any add-ons you selected. We will handle it all!

    Our goal is to make the delivery and setup experience seamless and easy for you!

  • Do You Offer End of Season Removal and Disposal?

    We sure do! Nearly all of customers choose this option. You can choose removal and disposal within the package checkout flow, and we’ll coordinate a pick-up timeframe. You do not need to be home for pick-up.

  • Do You Make Displays for Commercial Properties

    Absolutely. We love to style retail storefronts, corporate office entries, private or corporate events and more.

    We also partner with realtors to add a beautiful touch to listed homes or as a client thank-you.

  • How Long Will My Pumpkins Last?

    We deliver fresh, Washington farm-grown pumpkins, so each one is unique.

    Most pumpkins are pretty hearty and will comfortably last through the holiday season. While we strive to provide the highest quality, we can’t guarantee how long your pumpkins will last and are unable to replace any that may begin to rot.

    Pumpkins placed in dirt, gardens, etc will begin to break down a lot faster than those placed on concrete.

    To keep your display looking its best, we recommend checking your pumpkins regularly and promptly removing any that show signs of decay. A light sprinkle of cayenne pepper can help deter critters from your display.

  • What is Your Refund Policy?

    All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase.
